Overview

MonCron subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (LS GmbH, a Merchant of Record). All payments, receipts, and billing inquiries are handled by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business).

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt).

After the 14-Day Window

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once this window has passed.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period") under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, by accessing your MonCron subscription immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period. If you have already used the service (e.g., connected a project or monitored a job), your right of withdrawal may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you have not used the service at all, you remain entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

US Customers

There is no federal law in the United States requiring refunds for digital subscription services. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered as a courtesy. Lemon Squeezy may also apply their own dispute resolution policies in cases of unauthorized charges or billing errors.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Please reach out to us at [email protected] before escalating — we are happy to resolve billing issues directly.

Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

Downgrading your plan or cancelling your subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period. Your plan will revert at the end of the paid period.
